How do I select a default display template for a particular view?

You can select a default display template for each table view. To select a default display template for a specific view, click on the ”SETTINGS” link in the upper left corner and then click ”Preferences”. A popup window opens, click ”Next” to get to the settings for default display templates.

Here you can choose a display template for each view. Make your selections and finish by clicking the ”Finish” button. Next time you visit a view with a default template, the selected template will be used.
