Start by going to the table view for which you want to create a personal template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To add, remove, or reorder columns:
Click on the \u201dadd columns\u201d link directly above the table. In the popup window that opens, you can select which columns that will be included and their order. The left list shows all the available columns for the view and the right one shows the columns that will be displayed and their order.
To add a column, select it in the left list and click the button \u201dAdd\u201d, the column is placed last in the right list.
To remove a column, select it in the list to the right and click \u201dRemove\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you want to change the order of the columns, select the column in the list to the right and click the \u201dMove Up\u201d or \u201dMove Down\u201d to move the column one step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Select \u201dOK\u201d to save changes. The window closes and the table updates automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you want to change the sort order for a column in the template:
Click on the table header for the column that should control the sort order, an arrow indicates whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order.
