How do I create a personal display template?

Start by going to the table view for which you want to create a personal template.

To add, remove, or reorder columns click on the ”add columns” link directly above the table. In the popup window that opens, you can select which columns that will be included and their order. The left list shows all the available columns for the view and the right one shows the columns that will be displayed and their order. To add a column, select it in the left list and click the button ”Add”, the column is placed last in the right list.
To remove a column, select it in the list to the right and click ”Remove”.
If you want to change the order of the columns, select the column in the list to the right and click the ”Move Up” or ”Move Down” to move the column one step.

Select ”OK” to save changes. The window closes and the table updates automatically.

If you want to change the sort order for a column in the template click on the table header for the column that should control the sort order, an arrow indicates whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order.
Finally, save your personal display template by clicking on the ”save” link above the table and enter a name and then click ”Finish”.
